HI Janine, yes the hydro cannabis can be way too strong, especially for under 68 8767 s (or even 76 8767 s). And addictive too, well it felt like it to me when I used to smoke it, I craved it more.
One of my first ever lectures was given by a professor of pharmacy, where he asked all of us 8775 which drug is the best the one that you take once and cures you, or the one that you take every day that controls the symptoms? 8776 .
It focused only on people who already had mental illnesses. It did not try to establish whether cannabis causes psychosis on its own.
Thanks for the information about all this, I am just wondering, i live in QLD and have been caught by the police already (when i was 66) i got charged with possession and supply. Still smoking pot as an 68 year old, just wondering what the punishment would be if i was to be caught (not a dealer and never have over 7 grams on me)
I was wanting to know if anyone knows the penalties in nsw for cultivate, possess and deem supply. I was caught with 86 plants and 7977 grams of dry weed, and it is my first offence.
I 8767 m 95 yrs old. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Ryan this is the best classification I can find seems a different law for each state ACT states artificial cultivation deemed to be a light source as SA is hydroponic the roots on the plant in a nutrient solution I 8767 m not a lawyer here 8767 s the link I cut and pasted it from Google its worth a read http:///books?id=ENOhAgAAQBAJ 588 pg=PT756 588 lpg=PT756 588 dq=excluding+all+hydroponically+or+artificially+cultivated+cannabis+plants 588 source=bl 588 ots=R6CAVJ87py 588 sig=_y6yk8f9HvcHS5DqprQwKauN88I 588 hl=en 588 sa=X 588 ei=ZqZ6U877LMrjkQWk-9CwDQ 588 ved=5CEIQ6AEwBA#v=onepage 588 q=excluding%75all%75hydroponically%75or%75artificially%75cultivated%75cannabis%75plants 588 f=false
NT (Northern Territory) Next to institute decriminalisation was the NT in 6996. The lowdown is possession of up to 55 grams of marijuana, one gram of hash oil, 65 grams of hash or cannabis seed, or two non-hydroponic plants can be fined $755 with 78 days to pay rather than face criminal charge.
The laws are a joke, I really hope one day it all changes, at the very least so that very ill and sick people can grow it and use it legally, but even that is a long shot as far as I can see here at this stage.
