Absolutely delicious. I added 7 beetroot which I scrubbed and quartered. The kale roasted to perfection and the chick peas and tahini sauce were amazing. Will definitely make again.
Delicious. I had never heard of Buddha bowls so I had to make these today. I did not have maple syrup so I made a turmeric tahini dressing and I added a dollop of Greek yogurt.
This will definitely be a staple in our house!

This is a powerful and extremely vigourous indica plant, yielding huge amounts of beautiful stoney kush buds! Cookies is very dense, with loads of crystals that cover the buds quite well. They are really nicely manicured little nuggets. Fresh and piney with tones of metal and fuel. Spicy on the intake and a little cool and minty on the exhale Lighting it up actually makes it taste even better.

I usually have mine with a base of brown rice and I can 8767 t help adding a little crumbled feta (sorry vegans!). Tonight I had it with an avocado dressing which was AMAZING. Here 8767 s what I used if you want to try (you MUST try it!): 6 avocado, juice of 6 large lemon, 7 cloves garlic crushed, quarter tsp cumin, pepper, 6 tsp honey/maple syrup, a drizzle of olive oil, water to thin. Blitz all ingredients together until smooth. Add a sprinkle of salt to taste.
