Hey Great post and use chia seeds in water bottles..leave water bottles upside down at first/overnight so they don 8767 t all gather by bottle cap i add Blueberries and that Mio flavoring will try syrup ..also you can just eat a handful
what else is there to add besides Berries/Syrup
Wow I love the idea of this and am going to try it soon!! I often have lemon-water ((my tea)) in the day but never thought of adding chia :) thanks!! Is it as refreshing as water, with the texture??
I think using ground chia seeds might turn out very gritty but that 8767 s just my guess. Let me know if you try it!
My 68yo and I loved everything about this meal!! I think I 8767 ll be making this weekly. So much flavor in very little time (and healthy!). I 8767 m in love:)
Algae oil is a great source of DHA and it 8767 s eco-friendly too. That 8767 s where the fish get theirs from anyways.
